This is a genuine Lilygo(TTGO) ESP32-S3 "T-Display-S3 unsoldered version" board.

The T-Display-S3 is a development board with a ESP32-S3 chip. It is equipped with a 1.9-inch LCD color screen and two programmable buttons. It can be programmed via the onboard USB-C port.

NOTE: A plastic case is available for this board, but is NOT included. It can be purchased separately.
